Optical Coating

Heat(Infrared) Blocking

It is a coating technique aimed at blocking sunlight or heat, and is a vacuum thin film technology that blocks Ultraviolet and infrared rays completely and maximizes visible light to secure visibility.

Principle

It is a vacuum thin film deposition technology that uses a vacuum thin film deposition machine to coat the thickness of high-refractive chemicals, low-refractive chemicals, and absorbers differently to reduce visible light penetration and increase absorption through interference phase distance.

UV / Visible Light / Infrared Penetration Measurement

Effect

  • Ultraviolet (200–380 nm) transmission rate of 1% or less
  • Visible light (380-780 nm) transmission rate 60% or higher
  • Infrared (780–2,000 nm) transmission rate or less than 0.2%

* Excellent effect of infrared (heat) blocking
